The briefing, the inbox, the answers and the filing system — as they actually look once the agent has been through your documents.
What arrived, what it cost, what needs deciding and what falls due next — written up in plain English whenever you open it, with a chaos score that only moves one way.
Everything that arrived overnight, read, sorted and prioritized. What needs a human decision sits at the top — with the reason it needs you. Everything else is already filed and out of your way.
Not a list of files to open — the actual answer, drawn from your documents and cited back to them, so you can act on it with confidence.
Departments, categories and clean names, arranged the way your business actually works. When new documents land, the structure grows to fit them.
From any document, an action or a deadline, choose Draft it. Torvane writes the email or letter from what is on file and shows where every fact came from. A “Check before sending” list names anything you need to look at, such as a placeholder or a flagged document. When a document carries a security or bank-change flag, the draft never confirms new details and says the change will be verified first. You send it yourself.
