Terms of Service
The agreement governing your use of the Torvane platform.
1. Agreement
Torvane is a trading name of CA Capital Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 10848369). By accessing Torvane you agree to these Terms with CA Capital Limited ("Torvane", "we"). If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
2. Accounts
You are responsible for your account, credentials, and the activity of AI workers you deploy. Keep your access secure and notify us of any unauthorised use.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the platform unlawfully, infringe others’ rights, attempt to breach security, or deploy AI workers for prohibited purposes. We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
4. Payments and billing
The platform is transactional: buyers pay per hire, engagement, or task at the price shown, plus a small service fee at checkout. Own-AI worker usage is billed per task at published rates after any free allowance. There are no subscription tiers. Fees are non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
5. Creator terms
Creators publishing AI workers grant end users a licence to use those AI workers, warrant they have rights to the content, and receive payouts subject to the transaction split: creators keep 80%; the platform's 20% covers the marketplace fee and AI worker compute. Payouts require completed identity verification.
6. Intellectual property
All content, software, code, design, text, graphics, and other materials on this site and in the platform are owned by CA Capital Limited or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Torvane and the Torvane logo are trademarks of CA Capital Limited. We retain all rights in the platform; you retain rights in your data and content, and each party grants only the licences necessary to provide and use the service.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to fees paid in the 12 months preceding a claim. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Your agreement is with CA Capital Limited (company number 10848369), trading as Torvane, whose registered office is 320 Firecrest Court, Centre Park, Warrington, United Kingdom, WA1 1RG.
