FOR ACCOUNTANTS & BOOKKEEPERS

Less sorting, more bookkeeping.

For accountants and bookkeepers, the slow part of a client's paperwork is often sorting it: working out what each file is, who it is from and which period it belongs to. Torvane reads, names and files documents so the bookkeeping starts from an organised set.

How would a practice use it?

As a document intake and filing layer: documents are read, typed, named consistently and filed, with dates tracked. It is not bookkeeping software and does not post transactions.

Can each client be kept separate?

Each Torvane organisation is isolated from every other. Within one organisation, people can be limited to the departments they need.

Torvane is organised per business, not as a multi-client practice console. A practice with many clients should weigh that before choosing it.

What about records the law says to keep?

Torvane keeps the original file and makes everything exportable at any time. The retention rules are in our guide.
