Leases and tenancy agreements, insurance schedules and certificates, contractor invoices and quotes, and letters. Each is filed and its dates tracked.
Does it know which certificates a property legally needs?
No. Torvane tracks the dates written in the documents you give it; it does not know the legal requirements for your properties. That judgement stays with you or your adviser.
Can it tell properties apart?
It reads addresses and parties, and you can search or ask about one property. It does not currently file by property automatically — you can correct the filing and it learns from that.
